How does the food stay fresh?

We keep the food cool and fresh during transportation to the event by storing it in an ice chest, carefully sealed in saran wrap. Food on the grazing table can be left out for up to 3 hours. After 3 hours of exposure, food should immediately be resealed in saran wrap and stored in a refrigerator for the following day's indulgence.

How long does it take to set up a table?

Setting up the table can take up to 3 hours, depending on the size of the grazing table booked.

Do you provide the table for the table gatering?

We currently do not offer tables, but we are happy to recommend local rental companies or retailers for any of your event needs. We can also create "tables" on counters, islands and other spaces within homes.

Are you Food-Safe certified?

Yes, we have food licensing requirements for all of our staff.

Removal and disposal of food waste.

Cocina de Laura is not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste post-event.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

No, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Payment & Deposit

We require full non-refundable payment at the time of booking to secure your date. 

Do you provide plates and tableware?

Disposable plates, white napkins and cutlery can be provided for additional fee.

Are there vegetarian or vegan table options?
Yes, just ask!
